OUR POLICY RE: Refunds & Returns

Please Note: Personalised and custom handmade items are non returnable unless faulty. 

In stock non personalised items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, in a saleable condition, for a full refund or exchange, but the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Customers must contact janeBprints before returning an item, by emailing jane@janebprints.co.uk and a postal address will be provided.

janeBprints can not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred by Royal Mail and therefore cannot refund any items that are not received, or received damaged.

It is therefore recommended that returns are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Insured).

If loss or damage should occur through Royal Mail when returning goods, it is the responsibility of the customer to make a claim through Royal Mail.
