What is Polymer Clay?
Polymer clay is not ceramic, but is beautiful, modern, lightweight an dmore durable than ceramics. It is oven baked, then cured, and often used for jewellery making.
It can have a slight flexibility to it, especially in warmer termperatures. It is best kept away from heat sources. It will be hard when kept in room temperatures, or cooler.
It is decorative and not suitable for food, wet or hot items, being submereged in water. It is not microwave or dishwasher safe. It can be wiped gently with a slightly damp cloth to clean it.
How do you care for polymer clay items?
Although they are finished with several coats of clear gloss polyurethane varnish for protection, these decorative dishes are still fairly delicate and not suitable for storing food, liquids, wet tea bags or powder items that may risk staining the colour of the clay. Storing non-staining items, such as jewellery pieces, cuff links, paperclips etc is recommended.
Can I request a custom item or colour?
Many of my gifts already have a personalisation option (simply fill in the personalisation box available at checkout). I do not usually have time to make completely custom items, but it is always worth contacting me to ask. If I am able to accommodate requests, I will.
Can I request gift wrapping and sending direct to recipient?
I send all my orders with complimentary gift wrapping. If you would like it to be sent direct to recipient, please enter your recipient’s address for delivery.
Do you offer wholesale?
I do not currently offer wholesale items, but please contact me with any requests.
What are your processing times?
I will send orders out within 1-4 business days.
What is the expected delivery time?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail within the UK.
Free standard 1st Class shipping is included with all orders, which does not include tracking. Royal Mail’s delivery aim is 1-3 business days, but delays may be experienced.
Shipping upgrade options are available at checkout, for both 1st Class Signed For ( £1.50 ) and Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Before 1pm ( £3.50 )
Please note that delivery times can never be 100% guaranteed, as Royal Mail may be subject to unexpected delays, especially at busy times such as he run up to Christmas.
Please leave as much time as possible when ordering, especially for special dates and occasions.

janeBPrints is NOT responsible for the replacement or refund of any lost or damaged goods where proof of postage and delivery exists.
How can I return an item?
Please Note: Personalised and custom handmade items are non returnable unless faulty. In stock non personalised items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, in a saleable condition, for a full refund or exchange, but the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Customers must contact janeBprints before returning an item, by emailing jane@janebprints.co.uk and a postal address will be provided.
janeBprints can not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred by Royal Mail and therefore cannot refund any items that are not received, or received damaged.
It is therefore recommended that returns are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Insured).
If loss or damage should occur through Royal Mail when returning goods, it is the reponsibility of the customer to make a claim through Royal Mail.
